The 2023 Entre Nous Marsanne boasts generous aromas of ripe apricots and peaches interlaced with lemon curd, vanilla bean, and subtle perfume. The palate is rich, yet vibrant with fleshy stone fruit down the mid palate with a lovely oily mouthfeel that balances the minerality. A beautifully rich and mineral driven wine.
This sparkling Rosé wine has hints of delicate rose petals, wild strawberries and blood orange flavours. Very well balanced with a clean citrus finish. Ideal aperitif. Pairs well with delicate fish and fresh oysters, yet is persistently asking to be taken to the beach. Serve chilled.
A red wine with great powers of seduction. It has the solid easy going character of Baco, the refined charm of Pinot Noir. Loaded with fun flavours and a happy mood, this wine pairs best with beef and pork, but is happy to work with any dish anytime.
Subtle sparkling bubbles complimented with delicate notes of green apple, juicy peach and mandarin orange. The palate is zesty and concentrated, with fleshy peach and lime zest dominating the finish.
Our Marquette is light to medium bodied with notes of smoke, vanilla, clove, and cherry. It is well-structured and velvety, with rich flavours of cranberry, raspberry, and cherry.
Sandbanks Summer Apple Wine is like biting into a crisp tart apple with tiny bubbles that dance on your tongue. A perfect blend of wine made from ripe Ontario apples and our Sandbanks Summer White wine. This wine has fun written all over it just like a Sandbanks Summer.
This wine displays aromas of honey, peach nectar and orange zest along with floral notes. Pleasant acidity gives this wine a refreshing, crisp finish.
